THe beds were comfortable.
No pool like advertised so my kids were upset. The room smelled and the entire hotel was under reservation. Extended living allowed there detracts from the ambiance. The breakfast was very limited and very disappointed. We will not stay there again and will be hesitant to use Booked.net in the future.
Willingness of the staff to rectify any problem I had in the room with telephone, etc.
Nothing comes to mind.
It was quit close to interstate
Need to get a better breakfest
Motel was a little dated, but was clean and comfortable, and priced below market. Front desk guy was very friendly, and I would stay there again.
The tv was probably real nice back when Bill Clinton was President.
Staff was very friendly; girl at front desk (both in evening and in am [same girl] was efficient and proficient in hotel management; attended to needs in am when items were out of stock on breakfast bar.
Rm 264? has a very outdated bed that my spouse & I didn't adjust to all night! Trucks outside were loud as were truckers. Toilet stool was loose and rocked creating possible injury/damage to hotel. Door would not lock nor properly close and leaked like a sieve with cold air blowing in all night and it "whistled!" When I told the Indian/Pakistani owner/manager he just said that he was surprised that the night staff had rented the room and that they have NEVER rented the room since the remodeling was completed! No apology; no monetary compensation which I felt should have been discussed - very disappointing! John C.
It was a great experience, we were there for the family week end at Illinois State University..We truly enjoyed our stay, it was clean, and extremely comfortable, The mattress was comfortable and we slept very well, We will definately return.
Very buggy inside the rooms. Located in a shady part of town. The lobby area had a smell and their was no real breakfast being served.
Took a short while to get use to the nearby truck traffic.
It was a nice stay. I was in town to audition at Illinois State. Nothing spectacular but was as pleasant as I would expect a room to be. Ice machine was broken but staff bought ice for you if you wanted some. That was very nice I thought.
My room had a broken counter on the sink that was poorly repaired. Should have just replaced it.
staff was friendly, they accommodated our late check in, it was relatively clean although very dated
small, cramped, and only had one double bed for my friend and I
`nette pas gerestaureerde kamers
Weinig waterdruk zodat het lastig douchen was
